Education and Literacy
Learning is the first step toward every other opportunity. We work to widen access to quality education, strengthen foundational literacy, and encourage a lifelong habit of learning among children, young people and adults.

A not-for-profit company registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013
Aikattva Foundation works to build a more aware, capable and compassionate society, with a steady focus on people, communities and the environment we share.
Our Focus AreasAbout Us
Aikattva comes from the Sanskrit idea of oneness. It is the belief that the wellbeing of one person is tied to the wellbeing of all, and that real progress happens when individuals, communities and institutions move together.
Aikattva Foundation is a not-for-profit company incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. We exist to serve public good, not private gain. Any surplus we generate is applied to our objectives and is never distributed to members.
Our work spans eight areas that shape how people live and grow: education, environment, health, human rights, skills, urban development, women's empowerment and youth affairs. We believe these areas are connected, and that lasting change comes from working on them together.

A society where every person has the awareness, opportunity and dignity to live a full life, and where communities act together for the common good.
To design and support initiatives that strengthen education, health, livelihoods and civic participation, and to build platforms where people can learn, connect and contribute.
We work with patience and integrity. We listen before we build, partner before we scale, and measure what we do honestly.
What We Work On
Our objectives cover the following areas of public good. Each one is approached with the same belief: people thrive when they are informed, healthy, skilled, safe and heard.

Learning is the first step toward every other opportunity. We work to widen access to quality education, strengthen foundational literacy, and encourage a lifelong habit of learning among children, young people and adults.

Our wellbeing depends on the land, water and forests around us. We support efforts to protect natural ecosystems, promote sustainable living, and build environmental awareness within communities.

A healthy family is the foundation of a healthy society. We work to improve awareness of physical and mental wellbeing, support access to preventive care, and promote the welfare of families.

Every person deserves dignity, equality and a fair hearing. We work to spread awareness of rights and responsibilities, and to support people who find it hard to make their voice heard.

Capability changes lives. We support practical, job-relevant skills and conscious livelihoods, helping people move toward work that is stable, meaningful and respected.

Cities should work for everyone who lives in them. We support initiatives that improve living conditions, expand access to basic services, and create pathways out of poverty for urban communities.

When women are educated, healthy and independent, families and communities grow stronger. We support programmes that build confidence, skills, financial independence and leadership among women.

Young people carry the future and deserve a say in shaping it. We create spaces for young India to reflect, learn, build character and take part in the life of their communities.
Our Initiatives
Aikattva Foundation brings its objectives to life through focused initiatives. Each one serves a specific community and carries our values forward.
A community for conscious living
MyndVerse is a community platform for young India, built around a simple idea: a fully lived life begins with awareness. It offers a space to pause, reflect, and act on what matters, through thoughtful content, a self-reflection tool, and a growing circle of people who want to live with more intention.
